Pitfalls
- UR-DP1000 has no V (vector) extension, so strictly it misses RVA23, which hurts AI/vector workloads
- The board has no HDMI/display output; use a discrete GPU or work purely over serial/SSH
- It currently runs a vendor kernel; upstream Linux mainline is only planned for 2026 Q4
- Pick DDR4 UDIMMs from the official support list; pre-order lead times are long (45 days+ at times) and duty is extra
